<p><span name="adkeywordrp" id="adkeywordrp"><font size="6"><strong><font color="blue">防水啊防水（一）&mdash;&mdash;挖沉箱</font></strong></font><br /> <br /> <br /> 众所周知，防水是装修中十分重要的步骤。<br /> 我们家还没到开始做防水这一步，但是在墙体改造的时候就已经把沉箱挖好了。<br /> 说到沉箱，有两个大家要注意的地方。<br /> <br /> 1、我不知道挖沉箱是不是所有的装修公司都有要求必须挖的，反正按XY的工艺是必须要挖。无论是请的装修公司还是游击队，只要他们的工程中是不包括挖沉箱这道工艺的话，<strong><font color="red">我都建议大家还是要要求把沉箱挖干净了再做防水。</font></strong><br /> 不挖不知道，一挖吓一跳啊！！沉箱里的那些回填的东西，哪里能做防水啊！全都是黑心的开发商为了省时省力，把建筑垃圾一股脑儿的丢在了里面。是不是有某些排泄物，我就不参与讨论了。<br /> <br /> 2、如果你的装修公司有挖沉箱这道工序，那么，<font color="red"><strong>要注意了，挖沉箱通常都是要收费的。</strong></font>要么，你就在省预算的时候问清楚了。要么，你就在开工之后死咬着没进预算的额外支出不付。<br /> xy是没把挖沉箱的价格算进预算的，是监理在施工现场跟LG说的，要500块。LG电话告诉我的时候我都说不付了，因为预算以外的所有额外支出我都是不打算付的。防的就是装修公司在预算时故意把价格报低，吸引业主下单，然后在工程中增加实际支出。但是LG给装修公司打电话时，xy的报价师承认了是自己的疏忽，说这一块原本就是要算预算的。说实话，这一点我是一点都不相信的，但是对方解释说预算和最后的实际支出允许有5%的差异，LG接受了这一说法，并答应付款了，也就算了。没有下一次。<font color="red"><strong>允许差异，但不允许漏算！</strong></font><br /> 这一点大家一定要注意。<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 下面，给大家看看我家挖沉箱的几张照片。无数的建筑垃圾&hellip;&hellip;还有&hellip;&hellip;就不说了。<br /> <br /> 沉箱开挖~<br /> <span style="display: none;
